Every product sold by 8mm carries the full official manufacturer warranty — not a third-party or dealer warranty. For most brands this means 1–2 years on hardware. If something goes wrong, we handle the claim with the brand on your behalf. You don't have to figure it out alone.

Installation & Setup
Buying the equipment is only half the job. A poorly installed system — wrong speaker placement, bad calibration, loose connections — will underperform no matter how good the hardware is.
In Raipur and surrounding areas:
We offer full installation and calibration for all home theater systems. Our team visits, sets up, and tunes the system to your room before we leave.
Outside Raipur:
We work with a network of trusted AV installation partners across major cities including Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Chennai. We can coordinate with a qualified installer near you.
